📌 Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 2 PM AEST will start processing the same day.


⏳ Processing Time

3-10 business days (Monday to Friday).

We manage over 300 types of charms and 30 types of chains, so handling times can vary between 3 to 10 business days.

  • In-stock items are typically shipped within 3 business days.
  • If a item is temporarily out of stock, we restock weekly and will ship your order within 10 business days.
  • Engraved items and busy seasons may also extend processing times.
  • Pre-order items ship within 2–3 weeks.

If any item becomes unavailable, we’ll contact you via email with an update.
