Order Cut-Off Time

• Orders placed before 2 PM AEST are processed the same business day.

Processing Time

1–5 business days (Monday–Friday). Engraved and pre-order items may take longer.

Delivery Time & Shipping Costs

Australia

• Delivery time
  • Standard — 2–6 business days (2–4 within the same state, 3–6 interstate)
  • Express — 1–3 business days (1–2 within the same state, 1–3 interstate)
  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays, weather, or peak seasons.
    For the most accurate estimate to your postcode, please check directly via the Australia Post Delivery Time Estimator, selecting origin postcode 3195.
• Shipping costs: Standard AUD $5 (free over AUD $99); Express AUD $10.

New Zealand

• Delivery time: 6–10 business days.
• Shipping costs: NZD $10 (free over NZD $100).

Tracking & Lost Packages

• All orders include a tracking number (sent via email when shipped).
• If a parcel is lost in transit, we reship at no extra cost.

Orders are shipped via Australia Post for reliable, trackable delivery.
