Every MXW order is carefully packaged and dispatched promptly. Here's everything you need to know about delivery times, costs, and tracking.

Processing Times

• Order cut-off: 2 PM AEST
• Processing time: 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday
• Origin postcode: 3195

Orders placed before 2 PM AEST are usually processed the same business day. Engraved and pre-order items may take longer.

Tracking & Lost Parcels

• All orders include a tracking number, sent to your email as soon as your order is dispatched.
• If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will reship at no extra cost to you.
• If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please contact us within 7 days and we'll investigate with Australia Post.
