We stand behind every piece we make. Our 12-month warranty covers manufacturing defects and craftsmanship issues — because quality you can trust should be quality that lasts.
Every MXW piece is covered against manufacturing defects and craftsmanship issues for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and care. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Unexpected or premature tarnishing that occurs despite correct care is covered. Natural oxidisation of sterling silver over time is a material characteristic, not a defect.
Manufacturing defects in chain construction are covered. If an issue arises under normal wear and proper handling, we’ll repair or replace it.
If a jump ring fails under normal wear within the warranty period, we’ll repair it. Thin jump rings may be welded for added strength where appropriate.
If a clasp spring mechanism fails under normal use within the warranty period, it is covered.
Our warranty covers defects — not damage from misuse or normal material ageing. Here’s what falls outside our warranty terms:

Some pieces carry more meaning than others — an engraved initial, a birthstone, or a personalised combination you built yourself. For these pieces, our support doesn’t end at 12 months.
MXW offers lifetime support for meaningful repairs on personalised and customised pieces. You’ll never pay for labour — only the cost of any replacement parts required.
