Returns & Exchanges – MXW Jewellery Australia & International

At MXW Jewellery, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review the return and exchange guidelines below, based on your location and product type.

Engraved Jewellery

All engraved pieces are final sale. These are custom-made just for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Ready-Made or DYO Jewellery

🇦🇺 Australia Orders

  • Change of mind? Returns and exchanges are accepted.
  • 📩 Contact us at info@mxwjewellery.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • 📦 Items must be returned within 30 days in their original condition and packaging.
  • 💳 Choose between a refund or replacement.

🌍 International Orders

  • Change of mind returns are not accepted. All international orders are final sale.
  • ⚠️ However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you may request a refund or replacement.
  • 📩 Contact us within 7 days at info@mxwjewellery.com and include a clear photo of the issue.

Return Shipping Costs

  • 📦 If you're returning an item due to change of mind (AU only), shipping costs are your responsibility.
  • ✅ If the return is due to a product fault or error on our end, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • 🕒 If your order hasn't shipped, you may cancel or update it at no cost.
  • ⚠️ For engraved items already in production, changes may not be possible. A rework fee may apply if edits can still be made.
  • 🚚 Once shipped, only ready-made items (AU) may be returned, with shipping at the customer’s cost.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • 🔧 We take great care packing your jewellery, but if something goes wrong, we’ll make it right.
  • 📩 Email us within 7 days with a photo of the issue at info@mxwjewellery.com.
  • 💡 We'll repair, refund, or replace your item at no additional cost.

Return Process

To start a return, contact our support team at info@mxwjewellery.com. We’ll walk you through the process and provide the return address.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and verify your return, your refund will be issued within 3 business days using your original payment method.

No Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees. Your happiness is what matters most.
