We want you to love your purchase from MXW Jewellery. If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, we’re happy to assist within the guidelines below.
- Engraved & Personalised Jewellery: Since these pieces are custom-made just for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Ready-Made Items:
- Returns or exchanges are accepted.
- Please reach out to us at info@mxwjewellery.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging.
- Once you contact us, we will provide the return address via email.
- Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons, all earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Shipping Costs
- If returning an item due to a change of mind, the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.
- If the return is due to an error or issue with the product, we will gladly cover the return shipping.

Order Changes & Cancellations
- If your order has not yet shipped, cancellations or changes can be made at no cost. However, for engraved items already in production, changes may not be possible, but we’ll do our best to assist. If modifications can still be made, a rework fee may apply.
- If your order has already been delivered, ready-made items can still be returned, but the return shipping cost will apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
- We take great care in crafting and packaging your jewellery, but if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re here to make it right.
- Please contact us within 7 days at info@mxwjewellery.com with a photo of the issue.
- If the issue was on our end, we will repair or replace your item at no additional cost.
Return Process
If you need to return an item, simply contact our friendly customer service team at info@mxwjewellery.com. We will guide you through the process and provide you with the return address.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and verify your return, your refund will be processed within 3 business days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method you used at checkout.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees.
