MXW Ads Reporting App is a private internal reporting tool operated by MXW Jewellery.
Purpose of the app
The purpose of MXW Ads Reporting App is to help MXW Jewellery retrieve, organise and analyse performance data from its own Google Ads account.
The app replaces the manual process of downloading multiple Google Ads reports and comparing them by hand. It allows authorised MXW Jewellery personnel to review campaign performance, Shopping product performance, product-group performance and search-term performance across different reporting periods.
Why the app requests Google Ads access
MXW Ads Reporting App requests access to MXW Jewellery’s Google Ads account so it can retrieve advertising performance data belonging to MXW Jewellery.
The requested data may include:
- campaign names and campaign status;
- impressions and clicks;
- advertising cost;
- conversions and conversion value;
- Shopping product performance;
- product-group performance;
- search-term performance.
How the data is used
The retrieved Google Ads data is used only to generate internal CSV files, performance summaries and advertising analysis for authorised MXW Jewellery personnel.
The app uses this data to calculate and review metrics such as cost per click, click-through rate, conversion rate, return on advertising spend and changes in performance over time.
The information is used to support internal advertising decisions. Any changes to campaigns, bids, budgets, product groups, negative keywords or account settings are reviewed and made manually in the Google Ads interface.
What the app does not do
MXW Ads Reporting App does not:
- access Gmail messages or unrelated Google account information;
- access customer names, customer email addresses or payment details;
- sell or share Google Ads data with third parties;
- manage Google Ads accounts for other businesses;
- automatically create, pause or modify campaigns;
- automatically change bids, budgets or account settings.
Who can access the app
Access to MXW Ads Reporting App is limited to authorised MXW Jewellery personnel.
The app is not available to customers, agencies or other third parties.
