• Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a return or refund at no additional cost to you.
• Change of Mind: If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. Returns or exchanges for change of mind are accepted, but the return shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility. Please note that engraved items cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind.

• Refund processing time: 3 Days. Once we receive and verify your return, you will receive your refund using the payment method you used when ordering.
• Restocking fees: No cost
